True Tube is a British site that I've followed and used for awhile. It is primarily for debating and offers a lot of great authentic language video content. This example Vox Populii, is one I really like. But each topic has loads of video from real people supporting or disagreeing with the topic.

This would be a great project for students to do, even just within the school. A caution I just thought of... have to check out your school's media policies, if/when/how kids can be filmed. I'd sigh, but this one does make sense... it protects kids from having on film something that would come back to haunt them when they, say, run for governor in 20 years.
Now this is strange... when I clicked on the link, it led me to a splash page that in turn led me to the British Film Institute, which looks very interesting and I bookmarked for later... but now the link IS leading me to truetube... nice to find both : )
